If you want to peer over a virtual connection, I am a member of EVIX (PeerngDB info). In some circumstances, I can also do peering over GRE Tunnels, ZeroTier or WireGuard. Requirements for said peering are as follows:

• V4 and V6 space required
• would need to have peered over EVIX or other peering network previously and have a requirement to go direct (Geographic location, shorter hops over standard internet, etc.).
• No traffic minimums are required, but traffic is required to flow.
